The YWCA Knoxville is happy to announce that they are now offering free classes to Club W members at both the Downtown Center and Phyllis Wheatley Center locations. For only $40 a year, members now have free access to an assortment of land classes such as kickboxing and stress relief & relaxation, and aquatic classes such as aqua aerobics, water conditioning, and aqua zumba.

All Club W members receive full access to the indoor heated lap pool, sauna, workout rooms, weights, treadmills, yoga supplies, basketballs, volleyball nets, and both men and women’s locker rooms.

The YWCA continues its long-standing goal to provide affordable health and fitness programming to women and their families. With memberships of only $40 per year for adults and $12 per year for youth, YWCA’s Club W instills women, men, and children with the hope and confidence to transform their bodies and their spirits. Club W is available to everyone regardless of sex, race, income, or ability.
