KCDC finds body behind apartment

At approximately 10:35 a.m. July 9, officers responded to 1417 Day Lily Drive to investigate the discovery of a body. Darrell DeBusk, Public Information Officer for Knoxville Police Department said KCDC personnel discovered the black male body behind an apartment building that is currently closed for renovation.
