Knoxville will soon have a new restaurant that specializes in breakfast, brunch and lunch.

First Watch is an award-winning restaurant brand that is the  recipient of more than 200 “Best Of” accolades in markets across the country.

Knoxville-based Capstone Concepts, LLC will open eight restaurants over the next five years  in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Asheville and Bowling Green. Capstone Concepts, LLC currently operates five Mr. Gatti’s restaurants, including three in the Knoxville area.
