The man wanted in the November shooting death of Rodney Miller was arrested as he was stepping off an inbound bus.
Kenneth Washington has been charged with First Degree Murder and is being held on $1,000,000 bond, the Knoxville Police Dept. announced Thursday morning.
Members of KPD’s Repeat Offender Squad were waiting at the bus station for Washington after they received a tip he was on his way in from Louisiana.
Miller was found on a bed in an apartment on Kyle Street back on November 3. He had been shot multiple times.
