A 21-year-old Monterrey man has been charged with three counts of Solicitation of a Minor after an investigation by the Knoxville Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC).

The investigation began after the suspect started sending inappropriate text messages to a 12-year-old girl on Facebook.  The juvenile girl’s parents contacted the ICAC Task Force, which began an undercover operation into the suspect’s activities. 

Ryan B. Clark is being held on a $25,000 bond at the Knox County Detention Facility. One count is a Class C Felony while the other two are Class A Misdemeanors.
