E. Beeler Road off Emory Rd. is currently closed.

imgresMichael Grider, Communications Manager, Office of Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett has announced that E. Beeler Road off Emory Rd. is currently closed.

According to Knox County Engineering & Public Works, this the only county road closed due to high water, and 24 others are open but posted with high water warnings. Knox County roads are outside the city of Knoxville and are not state, federal or private roads.  

When driving, be on the lookout for standing water. Don’t drive through standing water or assume the road is not washed away underneath.
